I first met Chad Hookey about 3 years ago and I never forgot what a great leader he was then and still is until now. The type of leader who goes above and beyond to coach his team and make them feel valued. So I was excited when he finally said yes to appearing as a guest on my podcast.
He’s currently the Community Development Leader at Ability Options and has over 20 years experience in senior management, working in a combination of retail, employment and NDIS services.

Just to list a few of his many achievements in Employment Services; The region he managed was successful in gaining reallocated business share from underperforming competitors as they were the highest performing sites in the region. He also had control of the budget and P&L’s for 5 offices across Western Sydney, equating to around $1million in revenue. As well as managing contracts with over 2,000 participants and 50 staff.
