This week we are discussing what it is like to create a healthy sustainable life. We really go into depth on why diets do not typically work because you’re not creating the lifestyle around it to back it up when you fall off.

I share how I created a healthy lifestyle around my schedule and what works for me during this current season of my life. It is important when you are starting to start with moderation and be sure to not burn yourself out within the first week!

I also mention that it is super important to look at the ingredients inside of the products/supplements that you are using. Many products out there have a lot of additives that could be doing more harm than good so just be mindful when picking your products off of the shelf! Garden City Nutrition is spotlighted because we actually recently just changed our menu and brought some amazing items to the city of Garden City. This includes; smoothies, teas, toast, and more!

It is important to note that it's not just about your nutrition and fitness when creating a healthy lifestyle. It is also about the mental, what are you feeding your mind with? Your emotions, are you talking to someone? Are you getting the healing you need? We all have beliefs in our subconscious that we must reveal within ourselves to become the next version of ourselves, ask God to show you those limiting beliefs.

Make sure you’re doing something everyday to fuel each pillar from our five pillars. We focus on Those five pillars: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial. If you devote 10 minutes a day or more to each of those pillars, you will create optimal wealth in your life!

Bible verse highlighted: 1 Corinthians 10:31 “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.” Although I have accomplished so much this year, I do not get the glory for that. Nothing that I have done is because of me because there is no way that I would be where I am today without God. God gives me the vision, God gives me the idea because he knows that I am capable of anything that I set my mind to but it is through his strength that I do those things and it always goes back to him!
