Have you said yes to things you really wanted to say no to!?
How many times have you found yourself saying yes to things you don’t wanna do or don’t serve you just to fit in, get that acknowledgment, or approval.
Then you show up miserable, resentful because you said yes to something you really didn’t wanna do!
Today I share with you the cure for curing the disease-to-please... that’s right.
it’s called MPM “my priority meter” It’s determining if the demand or what is asked of you is a priority or important to you so you can decide yes or no or doesn’t serve me and I’d rather not do this and simply say “no” with no explanations.
Practice giving yourself the go ahead to say what you think and feel...
Make sure to have a “no”time in your daily routine.
Practice phrases like this, “No, I can’t do that or no I don’t want to go there”.
The next time someone asked you to do something or go somewhere you don’t wanna go you’ll feel comfortable and prepared to say “no!”
