Born & raised in north Alabama, studied Music & Journalism in college. Went into an engineering program, consulted to the nuclear power industry for 15 years. Learned filmmaking as a stay-at-home Mom, became my second career in 2000. I've always been a storyteller; the power production career just honed my business skills!
Husband Bill is an optometrist, and partner in Cobrainey Media. Two sons, 1 in AL, 1 in FL. 2 Stepchildren: 1 in WI & 1 in IN - and the cutest grandson in the world!

Cobrainey Media was incorporated to make films and music, and to collaborate with other creatives. Our work has given us the opportunity to work with creatives in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, including Indigenous Peoples across North America, and most recently Pakistan and India. As our vision becomes more global, we look forward to telling stories from around the world. Hat Trick Pictures was incorporated with 2 Canadian partners, for filmmaking in Canada.
