December 9: List of blessings to strengthen faith.
Psalm 103:1-22:
"Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. The Lord executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him,
and His righteousness to children’s children, to such as keep His covenant, and to those who remember His commandments to do them. The Lord has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.
Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the voice of His word. Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you ministers of His, who do His pleasure. Bless the Lord, all His works, in all places of His dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul!"


Today's psalm is one of the psalms I have heard since I was little and a favorite to memorize. I recommend you study it and learn it, especially the first verses where the psalmist encouraged himself, encouraging his soul, his inner being to praise the Lord, thinking of all the wonderful works that God has done with him, the miracles that God has granted him.
There are times when we must encourage ourselves, when the people around you are not, in the moment, a great spiritual support or do not understand what you are going through.

It is important not to forget God's blessings because those memories will strengthen us in times of adversity. The psalmist made a list of blessings that you and I can also make and write in a notebook for you to review and exercise your faith in God.

God forgives our wrongdoings, for we continually fail in one thing or another, with words or actions, on purpose or unintentionally. He heals our ailments, both physical and emotional. He is the One who rescues us when we fall into any hole of problems and difficulties; and He is also the One who crowns us, rewards us with favors and mercies.
In addition to all these great things and wonders, God grants us all the petitions of our hearts. He knows what our heart longs for and surprises us by creating the moment and the circumstance for us to receive what we want, and thus producing in us joy, peace and security.
The temporary pleasure that sin produces is different from the divine pleasure when we feel that we are rescued, loved and when we receive undeserved gifts and blessings from God, wrapped in the mantle called grace, mercy and truth.
Consider this:
Have you taken the time to evaluate the blessings God has done with you?
Have you been encouraged in difficult times when you think about the favors and blessings that God gave you?

Diciembre 9: Lista de bendiciones para fortalecer la fe.
Salmos 103:1‭-‬22 RVA2015:
"Bendice, oh alma mía, al SEÑOR. Bendiga todo mi ser su santo nombre. Bendice, oh alma mía, al SEÑOR y no olvides ninguno de sus beneficios. Él es quien perdona todas tus iniquidades, el que sana todas tus dolencias, el que rescata del hoyo tu vida, el que te corona de favores y de misericordia, el que sacia con bien tus anhelos de modo que te rejuvenezcas como el águila. El SEÑOR es quien hace justicia y derecho a todos los que padecen violencia. Sus caminos dio a conocer a Moisés; y a los hijos de Israel, sus obras. Compasivo y clemente es el SEÑOR, lento para la ira y grande en misericordia. No contenderá para siempre ni para siempre guardará el enojo. No ha hecho con nosotros conforme a nuestras iniquidades ni nos ha pagado conforme a nuestros pecados. Pues como la altura de los cielos sobre la tierra, así ha engrandecido su misericordia sobre los que le temen. Tan lejos como está el oriente del occidente así hizo alejar de nosotros nuestras rebeliones. Como el padre se compadece de los hijos, así se compadece el SEÑOR de los que le temen. Porque él conoce nuestra condición; se acuerda de que somos polvo. El hombre, como la hierba son sus días: Florece como la flor del campo que, cuando pasa el viento, perece y su lugar no la vuelve a conocer. Pero la misericordia del SEÑOR es desde la eternidad y hasta la eternidad sobre los que le temen; y su justicia sobre los hijos de sus hijos, sobre los que guardan su pacto y se acuerdan de sus mandamientos para ponerlos por obra. El SEÑOR estableció en los cielos su trono, y su reino domina sobre todo. Bendigan al SEÑOR, ustedes sus poderosos ángeles que ejecutan su palabra obedeciendo la voz de ella. Bendigan al SEÑOR, ustedes todos sus ejércitos; servidores suyos que hacen su voluntad. Bendigan al SEÑOR, ustedes todas sus obras en todos los lugares de su señorío. ¡Bendice, alma mía, al SEÑOR!"


El salmo de hoy es uno de los salmos que he escuchado desde que era pequeño y uno de los favoritos para memorizarlo. Te recomiendo lo estudies y lo aprendas, especialmente los primeros versos donde el salmista se animaba a sí mismo, alentando su alma, su ser interior a que alabe al Señor, pensando en todas las obras maravillosas que Dios ha hecho con él, los milagros que Dios le ha concedido.
Hay momentos donde debemos animarnos a nosotros mismos, cuando las personas que te rodean no son, en el momento, un gran apoyo espiritual o no entienden por lo que estás pasando.

Es importante no olvidar las bendiciones de Dios porque esas memorias nos van a fortalecer en momentos de adversidad. El salmista hizo una lista de bendiciones que tú y yo también podemos hacer y escribirlas en un cuaderno de notas para que las repases y ejercites tu fe en Dios.

Dios perdona nuestras maldades, pues continuamente fallamos en una u otra cosa, con palabras o acciones, a propósito o sin intención. Él sana nuestras dolencias, tanto físicas como emocionales. Él es el que nos rescata cuando caemos en cualquier hoyo de problemas y dificultades; y también Él es el que nos corona, nos premia de favores y misericordias.
Además de todas estas grandezas y maravillas, Dios nos concede todas las peticiones de nuestro corazón. Él sabe lo que nuestro corazón anhela y nos sorprende creando el momento y la circunstancia para que recibamos lo que deseamos, y así produciendo en nosotros alegría, paz y seguridad.
El placer temporal que produce el pecado es diferente del placer divino cuando sentimos que somos rescatados, amados y cuando recibimos regalos y bendiciones inmerecidos de parte de Dios, envueltos en el manto llamado gracia, misericordia y verdad.
Considera:
¿Has sacado tiempo para evaluar las bendiciones que Dios ha hecho contigo?
¿Te has animado en momentos difíciles cuando piensas en los favores y las bendiciones que Dios te dio?
