EN - In occasion of the 107th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on 24 April and in Celebration of the 77th Italian Liberation Day on 25 April, I decided to tell two Armenian folktales "The helpful spirit" in English (source: Susie Hoogasian-Villa “100 Armenian tales and their Folkloristic Relevance", #36) and "Il saggio tessitore (The wise weaver) in Italian (source: Leon Surmelian, “Apples of immortality: Folktales of Armenia", #29 )

The two folktales are about trust, friendship, courage and dialogue to forget not that we can all contribute to peace and justice against all the atrocities and oppressions still happening in the world.

IT - In occasione del 107° anniversario del genocidio armeno il 24 aprile e dei 77° anni dalla Liberazione italiana il 25 aprile, ho deciso di raccontare due fiabe armene "Lo spirito utile" (in inglese) e "Il tessitore saggio " (in italiano).

Le due fiabe raccontano di fiducia, amicizia, coraggio e dialogo per non dimenticare che tutti possiamo contribuire a pace e a giustizia contro tutte le atrocità e le oppressioni che ancora accadono nel mondo.
