In this episode, we receive information to help us envision what it means to be "upgraded" for the "shift" we have all been anticipating.  Expansion allows for more to enter and we become more closely aligned with our innate divinity - our true divine nature.

I noticed that during this meditation, there was such a high energy in the room, that the meditation seemed to take a few twists and turns.  The Archangel Zadkiel came in to help cleanse the Emotional body with his violet light.  The Ascended Master, St. Germaine, also came in to explain that the Light Grid which surrounds the planet and to which all sentient beings are connected, is benefitting from each of us as we expand, fill ourselves with Light, and evolve toward realizing peace, happiness, and freedom.  This grid helps others to awaken and seek the freedom and peace that comes from realization of the truth of our divine nature.

There was a connection also with Gaia, Mother Earth, and her messages of love and support resonate with the body.  It was in some ways her attempt to ground us before "lifting off", but we had already begun to ascend into the higher frequencies of the Angelic Realms and the frequency of the Masters.

The work is to be present with our emotions, our thoughts, and our bodies, to listen and respond with compassion, and to be ever evolving toward a letting go of fear, disease, poverty consciousness, and lethargy.  We are evolving and making great progress!
