Liz Merrill is a Mediator and a Divorce Coach with a specialization in Narcissistic relationships. She's helped hundreds of people in crisis find workable solutions so they can reduce anxiety, save money, and move on with their lives.

After earning her master’s degree and working in the nonprofit industry for 30 years, she realized that she wanted to take the conflict resolution and problem-solving skills she'd developed in a different direction. Going through a horrible divorce after a 20-year marriage made her realize that she had developed a calling for helping other people avoid the pitfalls, expense, and devastating emotional impacts that divorce can bring.

As a passionate advocate for community engagement and support, she's a monthly panelist for Second Saturday Northern Colorado, which offers support and education for women going through divorce and runs a High Conflict Support Group on Meetup. She lectures regularly on high conflict divorce strategies and is a sought-after speaker and podcast guest. She also engages in regular pro bono work for families and couples who are experiencing financial hardship and offers pro bono services through various nonprofits and the Colorado Court system

As a divorce coach, Liz helps individuals clarify options, identify fears, blocks, and misconceptions, and create a solid success plan for not only their divorce, but for the full and whole life that follows.
