A life that was ended prematurely in part because the federal and State Governments did not and does not enforce immigration laws. Drew's dad, Don, has taken up the fight against illegal immigration and has recently testified before Congress.

There ARE NO “ANCHOR BABIES” Amendment XIV, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” (emphasis added) A minor child is subject to its parents and IS NOT subject to much else. Thus, the “citizenship” of a minor child follows that of the PARENT, not the dirt they were born on.
