Dr. Razzak is a palliative care physician and internist at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (UH CMC). He serves as Clinical Director for the Section of Palliative Care and Program Director of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at UH CMC and is also a Clinical Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University. He is also an adjunct professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.

His research and clinical interests include development of palliative care delivery systems, palliative medicine education, self-care, mentorship, and novel therapies for symptom management for people with serious illness.

He is a co-founder and advisor for Doctors for America, a grassroots physician and medical student organization that has been involved in healthcare reform, improving access to care, and advocates for key issues that affect patient care.
