On February 22nd, 2023. Officers were called in regards to an intoxicated who was asleep in front of someone's apartment. When the officers arrived, he was very disoriented and seemed to be out of it. The man also provided a fake name to officers. A search was conducted on him and officers found a pipe and crack cocaine on him, then he tried to run.
