Uk: За вікном шумів Львів.
En: Outside the window, Lviv was bustling.

Uk: Доброзичливий гамір, суміш різних голосів, мов.
En: A friendly noise, a mixture of different voices, languages.

Uk: На прадавніх вулицях міста сяяли бруківки, личилися магазини та ресторани, а люди, що мандрували між ними, кидали кольорові тіні на цю картину.
En: The ancient city streets glimmered with cobblestones, lined with shops and restaurants, while the people wandering among them cast colorful shadows on this picture.

Uk: Кав'ярня "Під Аркою" щедро випромінювала тепло, затишок та аромат кави.
En: The café "Under the Arch" generously radiated warmth, coziness, and the aroma of coffee.

Uk: Там, за столиком поблизу вікна, вирізнялися троє друзів - Іван, Катерина та Оксана.
En: There, at a table near the window, stood out three friends - Ivan, Kateryna, and Oksana.

Uk: Вони дивилися на друга - іноцемця, хлопця з далекого азіатського краю, якого нещодавно запросили до свого компанії.

En: Kateryna thought Ivan could use a bit more tact.

Uk: "Національний гумор - це як книга, в яку відображається душа народу," вона спробувала пояснити більш глибоко.
En: "National humor is like a book that reflects the soul of the people," she tried to explain more deeply.

Uk: "Це мудрість передана через сміх.
En: "It's wisdom transmitted through laughter."

Uk: "Оксана, неймовірно проста та пряма дівчина, сказала, поважно кивнувши: "Гумор - це посміхка, що витає над труднощами.
En: Oksana, an incredibly straightforward and simple girl, said, nodding solemnly, "Humor is a smile that floats above difficulties.

Uk: "Хлопець з Азії слухав - пильно, терпляче, серйозно.
En: The young man from Asia listened - attentively, patiently, seriously.

Uk: Можливо, він не зрозумів всіх тонкощів українського гумору за один раз.

Uk: Але його велике бажання зрозуміти нову культуру, з новими людьми і новим гумором - це було вже початком великого пригоди.
