Episode #202: Aneesha Jacko leverages over 21 years of experience as an Educational Leader, Coach, Teacher, Counselor and Licensed Minister toward her compassionate, creative, and influential work with leaders, teachers, students, individuals, families, and organizations. As a School Leader in a large urban district, her approach is both strength based and inquiry oriented, partnering with teams as they create awareness, generate action, and facilitate learning and growth. Aneesha discusses that strategies and skills that she utilizes to quickly create safe and trusting relationships with students, parents and colleagues. Highlighting the importance with children of “establishing that I am a likeable person,” Aneesha shares how all good work with children comes from a base of creating a trusting and safe relationship with their parents. Her work with colleagues is grounded in her perspective that she is there to serve them, to do all she can to support their success.
