Natalie's story is one we love to hear and share here on Radical Joy.  She lived through some incredibly harrowing experiences, emerging stronger, smarter, and better-equipped to move with intention toward her own happiness.  She is a recovering addict and a recovering alcoholic who, once upon a time, needed to “go harder and higher and stronger.”  After reaching out for help she is now getting that feeling of fulfillment from creating the life that she wants for herself. She discusses removing shame from the equation, helping each other through a sense of community building, and owning and learning from our mistakes!

If you need help in your fight against addiction here are some resources:

SAMHSA’s National Helpline, is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.

LOVE Y'ALL!
