Liza Lomax is a passionate advocate for self-healing and personal transformation. After struggling with body image, emotional eating, and the pressure to meet unrealistic standards, Liza  embarked on a powerful journey toward self-acceptance. Raised in a challenging environment, she grappled with feelings of unworthiness, a hidden identity, and the weight of perfectionism. Her journey included battling anorexia, bulimia, and yo-yo dieting, all while trying to numb emotional pain.
At her heaviest, Liza was over 300 pounds and faced serious health risks, but a turning point came when a doctor warned her she might not live to see her young son grow up. Motivated to change, she lost 105 pounds in 13 months, but the deeper emotional work was just beginning. Today, Liza helps others break free from unhealthy cycles by addressing the root causes of their struggles, empowering them to embrace their true selves. She now shares her story to inspire others to heal, grow, and live authentically.
