Igor Lys is the CEO of Gambit (an advisory agency) and Founder of Government Tomorrow Forum. Government Tomorrow Forum is a global research initiative focused on reuniting the world’s brightest minds around the desire to invent and implement new big ideas for governments of tomorrow. 

Igor is a French expert in government development with over 14 years of experience in cultural diplomacy and international relations. He has worked with governments in Europe as a private adviser on issues related to Eastern Europe and Russia before founding Gambit in 2018.

Igor is an associate expert of the Jean Jaurès Foundation think tank in France and is also the founder of VOICES Film Festival, one of the biggest European cultural events in Eastern Europe (2010-2014).

He holds an MA in International relations from King’s College London, trained at Yale (psychology of morality) and Sorbonne (geopolitical analysis), and holds the “Basics of Artificial Intelligence” certificate from the University of Helsinki.
