The fourth and final installment of our deep dive into the covert government sanctioned mind control programs that are still in operation today. This episode is a real doozy. Maybe the longest one yet. But I think its the possibly the best episode I've ever done.

In this episode of Up Is Down we finish up our case study of Cathy O'Brien. We look at Brice Taylor, Fiona Barnett, and we hear from former victim/survivor Jay Parker as well as former victim/survivor turned programmer turned survivor again, ArchAngel X. We also hear from deprogrammer Fritz Springmeier on the formula of the illuminati ritual abuse and mind control programming and the history of MK ULTRA.

We begin the episode with Cathy and end the episode with a proper tribute to the victims, known and unknown, and we attempt to hear their stories as more than just traumatic stories but rather as real people whose lives continue to play on and on.... and on.

We've learned that these things don't ever go away. The trauma never really ends. And the worlds inside get smaller and smaller with each rising memory, receding back into itself, a wasteland of fear and doubt.

I hoped to make sense and maybe something beautiful out of so much tragedy and I think I did.
