Anarchy in any organization, whether in a family, business, or government, is because of the breakdown in sub-delegation. Sub-delegation gives the purpose or meaning for both authority and obedience. Sub-delegation is the middle layer or life blood between authority and obedience. It helps us to connect the dots. In fact, sub-delegation requires obedient authority. (November 23, 2018)
