The podcast, developed in partnership with Babbel for Business, was an opportunity to dive into the world of meat alternatives that he considers a concrete action to promote animal-friendly food habits.
Our guest, Lukas the cofounder of Planted, referred to the importance of creating healthy and sustainable products able to mimic meat in terms of taste, juiciness and fibers. Yet, Planted foresees to surpass mimicking meat and “hopefully then do not need to imitate but can more Create” as illustrated by Lukas.
With the team behind Planted and the research work carried out continuously to create the best kebab or burger bites, Planted is perceiving a larger consumer base with various motivations to integrate plant-based proteins on their plates.
