Then lets delve into his combat deployments, from Sadr City to Basra, Iraq, with Basterds Platoon, B.Co 1-68AR, 3rd BCT 4th ID. We will explore how 6 years of Infantry deployments, training, ups and downs, changed a 19-year-old kid from Baltimore, into a combat leader by 20, and a true leader of people by age 25.
