About the episode:
In this episode, we discuss the importance of knowing what is in and on our food so we can make educated quick decisions at the grocery store. Marketing tactics and product creep in stores have become harder and harder to navigate and we need to be savvy shoppers if we want to nourish our kids while also finding healthy shortcuts! We talk about food labels and the things we each consider hard “NOs” when it comes to convenience foods.
