In this episode, I pick up the conversation from The Dear Hunter Project (check out their podcast on all platforms) and their Bucks to Birds Campaign; consisting of saving the Ruffed Grouse. I wanted to add to the conversation by explaing why I care. In my own convulated way I hope I got that messge across. As a hunter, all of N. America (and perhaps the worlds) wildlife is important to maintain and keep alive. If we do not take up the responsibility of creating and maintaining habitat for the ruffed grouse we are robbing our natural heritage and other hunters opportunity in taking in the experience we all crave for.
