During the "Tip Off" segment L.A. Blackwell, Danny, and Flau discuss:
- The overall progress of Satnam Singh Bhamara! (He was the first player from India to be drafted into the NBA when the Dallas Mavericks chose him with the 52nd overall pick in the 2015 draft.)
- The benching of Luol Deng and Timothy Mozgov and the perceived tanking by the Los Angeles Lakers.
- The benching of Eric Bledsoe by the Phoenix Suns and their continued tanking as well.
- Also has Dwight Howard already punched his ticket to the "NBA Hall of Fame?"

Moreover, during the "Hot Topic" segment, the fellas review some of stellar NBA careers that have been cut short by unfortunate injuries (i.e. Grant Hill, Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway, Ralph Sampson, T.J. Ford, Maurice Stokes, Brandon Roy, Jonathan Bender, etc.).
Furthermore, they discuss which current NBA players may be susceptible to having an "injury prone career!"

Lastly, during the "Weekly Knicks Roundup" (i.e. Pacers and Nets) the guys recap the "sinking ship," known as the Knicks present season and what signs of hope, the fans can actually hold on to, as the regular season concludes!
