With a background spanning 20 years in the military, he understands about leadership, building capability and crisis management and he now remains on the reserves to train others in times of national security.
Experience working as head of emergency management for a sizeable organisation, he also runs his own consultancy, Squared Apples where he’s develops professional training programs to help companies, build a Resilience culture.
He’s a visiting University Lecturer teaching students on Incident and Risk Management and Managing disruptive change.
