show moreShe received her PhD in Clinical Physiology and Metabolism from Virginia Tech in 2016, where her research focused on exercise and dietary interventions for the prevention and treatment of obesity and related cardiometabolic conditions. She is also a Registered Dietitian, having completed her BS in Dietetics in 2010 at the University of Wyoming, and her Dietetic Internship through the University of Houston in 2011.
We have a conversation about the change in obesity rates over the last 50-60 years and what the current epidemiology states regarding the impact on populations and general health.
