I am first discussing stats on anxiety, substance abuse, and pornography as they all relates to the pandemic, I will then fill you in on my clients and what I am seeing in them, and lastly, I have some suggestions for you in regards to what you need to do starting today to help deal with this world pandemic in a healthy way.
