Starting the User Testing Tools series, Matt and Moshe have a special treat for you, as they met with Kevin Hawkins, Global UX Director at Glovo, to talk about not one product, but four products! With Kevin's broad experience in design, both across time, professional and educational organizations, as well as across continents and many countries, Kevin has deep knowledge and understanding of what features a user testing platform should have, and how these four tools compare. To make it easier to consume, we have split our learning with Kevin to two episodes. The first episode is focused on two products, Maze and UserZoom, and the second episode is focused on UsabilityHub & UserTesting.
In this episode, we discussed:

  • What are the types of products in this ecosystem, and which problems they are trying to solve?
  • Making order in the space - what are the right terms to use, and which features to look for
  • What is the magic number of users to test with?
  • Maze & User Zoom: What is the their focus and what are they are good at? Which one is deep and which one is wide? What are some of the unique features of each platform?
  • Should we compensate people for their time testing our tests?
  • What one needs to know when conducting the tests, and how the tools help?
  • Some of the things he like and dislike about each of the products
  • And much more…

While most consider getting their car detailed as some form of vanity, we firmly believe that getting your automobile regularly detailed is the best way to practice smart car ownership. And as firm advocates of smart car ownership, Advanced Car Detailing recommends that you get your car detailed twice every year at the very least. Of course, the more often you get your car detailed https://advancedcardetailing.com/, the better condition your car will be in.
