We each take a few minutes and 'what-if' the best case scenarios of our days ahead.
It is interesting how exciting the day can sound when you 'what-if' the best-case scenario.
**Of note - Fear and excitement show up the same way in your body!
It is all about how your brain decides to filter it: are you fearful and full of self-doubt? ..or are you confident and full of curiosity?
