Well done man, the way you describe ADHD sounds just like any other 22 year old kid. But I get it. You’re brave for speaking up about it. I would say read up on it more if you’re going to talk about it. Unless your podcast is all opinion based information from personal experience. Then tell people what you do when you get in your moods or how you stay focused. How do you get out of your sadness and depression?
