Tina is legal and business consultant, singer and songwriter. She is both US and UK qualified and is one of the most sort after venture capital lawyers. She grew up in Brookland making music and has had a very dynamic life living and working in both the US and UK as a venture capital lawyer, business woman and singer. She has over 30th years of experience representing venture capital and emerging technologies. In 2012 Co- Founded Jag Shaw Baker a law firm the offered services to tech start ups mainly venture capital and IPOs which later merged with Withers Tech.

Tina's story will enable you to learn how to make courageous decisions and face your fears. She has been vary dynamic working at a very high level in both careers and continues to do so although more as a songwriter and singer than a lawyer. Two of the courageous decisions she has had to make were starting a law firm in the city of London Jag Shaw Baker and then taking it through a merger with Withers Tech. Her key questions were what is the worst that could happen? What am I afraid of? She uses both strategy and intuition in both professions.
Tina believes in magic, being open to opportunities and reveals this in both her life and profession. She talks about trauma, discrimation within the work place and sexual assault. She has overcome a lot.
Her view is that without timing, strategy doesn't prevail. She discusses how music helps the brain and some of the key skill sets that she that have come from music to benefit both careers, how legal clients perceive her as lawyer, her challenges to growth and more.
