This week, Krysta, Laura and Dean discuss the town of Lexington Missouri and it's many haunts. However, first, Krysta drops some weird facts about zombies! She shuffles through her weird facts before we get down to discussing the Civil War history of Lexington including the Battle of the Hemp Bales and the Second Battle of Lexington, which was responsible for chewing through many of Sterling Price's troops and getting information on the size of the force and it's weaknesses which led to them being routed at the Battle of Westport. This information ties to events that happened in Saint Joseph, Union Cemetery and Fort Osage, tying several previous episodes together as we discuss how the town's Civil War history left it fraught with the subtle weight of the unquiet dead!
