Author and Historian Matt Ehret joins me for a lively discussion from Aristotle's effect on modern bad historians to Aaron Burr's thrice failed attempts to undermine the American Revolution and why we should never, ever let the agents of the British aristocracy run around in the dark.

Erm, Matt just miss-attributed the ideas of epistemological idealism (Kant, Hume, Bertrand Russell, et al and is relativist) to Aristotle, where Aristotle was an epistemological realist who stated that truth is universal, must be logically consistent, and agree with observed reality. Aristotle's law of identity is anathema to everything Matt just attributed to him. I hope he just had a brain fart there.
