Welsh legend and British Lion Ryan Jones joins Nashy for a chat on all things 6 Nations, Lions and endurance events.

The former Wales captain earned 75 caps for his country along with 3 Lions Tests on the 05 tour of New Zealand.

An all action back rower that played with some of the worlds best during a successful career with the Ospreys and Wales.

Now retired from the game Ryan has completed several endurance events and has many stories to tell following his impressive career.
