MIDDLESPOON is the brainchild, passion project and life mission of Alexander Beatz. Working with producers and songwriters Lonely Child, Jinx McGee, and MSTR WTVR, he has crafted a set of “Pop with Purpose.” He described this phrase as thoughtful pop songs that include hip-hop swagger, electronic pop’s shimmer, and disco’s irresistible dance beat.

MIDDLESPOON’s debut album, Brightside, catalyze Alexander Beatz’s optimistic point of view and philosophies on love. Each song on the record examines a type of love from Eros to Agape and Platonic to Familial. Even with this lofty concept, the songs are full of catchy hooks and slick productions that were inspired by Bruno Mars, Charlie Puth, Jamiroquai, and Justin Timberlake.
