My guest today is Iain Clague, someone I have got to know because of lockdown. Iain is a chef and works with care homes to help improve nutrition and reduce food waste. That is a very narrow niche as a speaker, but shows how it is possible to build a speaking business by focusing on a tight niche.

Iain is also developing products through collaboration with other speakers, another important area for all speakers to consider. Iain is also the founder of the Care Quality Network, an initiative inspired by the support he has received from the PSA and aiming to bring the same ethos to providers of services to care homes throughout the UK.
