The daughter of Ecuadorian immigrants, Nina Vaca is the epitome of the American Dream. On this episode of Diversity Xtra, Don McKneely takes us on a journey to discover how she became the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Pinnacle Group, one of the nation's fastest-growing female-owned business and largest IT staffing firms.
Nina is also a passionate advocate for women in business and leadership. She has made a name for herself through her board service, leadership and investment in opening doors for women, and in 2014 she caught the White House's attention. At the request of the President, she served as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship. Her success at Pinnacle Group as also been recognized with awards such as being named the 2017 National Minority Supply Development Council's National Supplier of the Year.
