On This Week’s the Green Line Radio Show, Art Del Cueto is Angry. It was found out recently that The Men and Woman of the Border Patrol had been deemed by Pima County as to not fall in the category of First Responders. Art recently talked with show host Garrett Lewis of KNST and explained this revelation and how it is a slap in the face to the Agents that have been tasked with the safety of Pima County, the State of Arizona and beyond in enforcing the Laws of Immigration and in many cases rescuing those illegal aliens which find themselves needing medical attention.

While Art reminds us the option for those receiving the Vaccine to battle Covid-19 is to the Agents however to not consider them First Responders. We learn how after the broadcast Pima County Supervisor Steve Christy of District 4 stepped up and fixed the problem. Art wonders where the rest of legislators were when it comes to this slight. The uptick in those crossing illegally and getting apprehended have not been requesting Asylum. Art gives us the reason for this and directs it to statements from the new administration hinting at Amnesty and no deportations. All of this during a pandemic.
