This week Dan and Ian dig in with Archaeologist, Dr. Matt Rooney .We had alot of questions and he was more than happy to answer them.Like, anything discovered, even their trash can tell the history of the land and the people who lived in a particular location.

We more importantly talk about his work with the Chickasaw Explorer program, which brings a group of young Chickasaw leaders every year to their ancestral homelands to participate in archeological investigations and become immersed in Chickasaw heritage at their historic and cultural sites.
