Today's episode I chat with an insta friend of mine Catrin Davies (@runningwithcatrin). She's an NHS Dietitian specialising in Diabetes, keen cyclist, swimmer and marathon runner. As I'm someone who has previously had Type 2 Diabetes, I thought I would challenge some misconceptions about the condition and in doing so, I came to the realisation that my knowledge was quite poor.
