As a citizen of San Francisco and a San Francisco Sheriff Commander of the San Francisco sheriff's Air squadron am declaring that San Francisco, the state, and the union are now being run behind closed doors. The county the state and the federal government have failed to provide a duly elected official on the stage making me the one man most likely to restore our government now that our County, State and federal government has failed.
I have been and am the witness protection program of the State of California answering only to the Governor himself as a Commander no longer in relief of the San Francisco sheriff's Air squadron. Since no duly elected official has been provided on the stage in the aftermath of the 72-hour call for a duly elected official makes me the mayor of San Francisco, the governor of California and the president of the United States of America by its laws and Constitution. I now as the largest property owner in the county of San Francisco decree that our government has been and is being run behind closed doors and with the taking of my property without due process and levying fines of $5000 upon me by false witness, admonishing me from seven of my properties including the entirety of the Embarcadero Center succeed the county of San Francisco from the state of California and the union of the United States of America.
