Apliu Street Market is one of Hong Kong’s landmarks. It is a flea market where you can buy pretty much anything, from furniture to make-up. However, the main focus is on electronic devices, audio and video equipment. At this market, traders sell mostly used stuff, but you can find some new items also. The prices are quite impressive and, again, do not forget to bargain – you could get a 10 to 20 percent reduction. Almost all Hong Kong residents have basic English language skills, so communication should not be too difficult. At this flea market, you can also find antique watches, coins, stamps and other rarities.
