show moreBurnout is a real thing, and it affects so many of us regardless of our lifestyle. I credit the feeling that we need to do everything all the time. We are programmed to multi-task; though this is a special gift for a woman - it can become too much.
In this episode, I address the issue of focus and task priorities. In my opinion, if we can change our perspective and focus from moment to moment, we will free up more time and be more productive in the long run.
It is especially crucial for those with chronic illness and fatigue as we always need to be prepared (as best we can) for the day that we are not at our best. As with anything, this is something to be practised. I do believe that it is well worth the invested time.
