Dalibor Šandor is a learning disabled performer and member of Per.Art, a Serbian group of disabled and non-disabled artists. Through Europe Beyond Access, he realised his idea for a performance ‘We are not monsters’ in collaboration with Xavier Le Roy among others. To discuss disabled-led performance he is joined by Head of Arts and Disability for Europe at the British Council, Ben Evans. This interview is presented by Europe Beyond Access.
