Insecurity comes because we take it personally. We do something and then others do something and we decide what it means. The way out of the insecure spin cycle comes from a practice that we are able to easily do to short circuit that insecure program. Everything is contagious and by us acting insecure we often infect others with their own insecurity program. Training ourselves to take the time to find out what something means make it possible to respond more wisely versus react emotional.
