GIACOMO AND METKA FROM BRUSSELS
Giacomo:
Good morning everybody, Giacomo and Metka from Brussels, we try to tell you very briefly which is our small contribution to fight climate change in our daily life.
The first thing that we are quite proud of, I have to say, is that although we have two small kids, very small, we manage during the week not using at all the car and we organize ourselves in a way that we manage to avoid this and let us see Metka and hear what she can tell on her side
Metka:
And also, to add to what Giacomo just said, we also reduce a lot our flights, so now we try to look for alternative options by using train to go home for Christmas
Giacomo:
Then we try as much as we can to really follow the energy efficiency principle in the house, also trying to avoid that the kids switch on lights one after the other and also of course everything can help, especially I have to say of course recycling, waste recycling, we are very careful on that.
Metka … baby making noise and Giacomo says “this is Leon, our son”
Metka:
On the recycling, we try also to reduce what we use, to use less products in general and to try to find solutions that are more environmentally friendly, such as less plastics, for example.
