This prescient statement conveys an unmistakable message from Jesus. As people look around them and see crime rising, they will be discouraged and complacent. They become desensitized to the increasing shock and outrageous news they hear daily.

I see another, a more subtle manifestation of this, yet much more universal, yet so devious it goes unrealized and accepted in everyday living. I want to highlight this in tonight's Feet to the Fire Radio program.
