In this episode Jade and Phil discuss the various transitions happening in Jade's life. They talk about Jade's recent move, her new role at her home church, her ongoing PhD work, and the root cause of why her family made the decision to make so many transitions at once.

As part of these transitions Jade will be stepping down as the Assistant Director of Congregational Innovation at Austin Seminary. Throughout the episode, she shares some of her favorite experiences working with the 787 Collective and Austin Seminary. The conversation ends with reflections on hope for the future of the church and young adult spiritual formation rooted in relationships and service.
