It's common when we see a friend or an acquaintance to ask "how are you?" We may reply "fine" or "good" even if we are having a horrible day. For Lisa Lieberman-Wang being “FINE” felt like Frustrated, Insecure, Neurotic, and Emotional. As a teen she experienced a sexual assault, emotional abuse, and felt shame about herself and her body. Lisa struggled with feeling like she was “enough.” If you are like me some these feelings of shame, insecurity, and negative body image have been a struggle for you too.
Listen as Lisa teaches the tools she used to turn FINE (Frustrated, Neurotic, Insecure, Emotional into FAB (Fabulous, Awesome, Beautiful). Lisa teaches us about Neuro Associative Programming and how we can change the stories in our heads and our relationship to ourselves. Lisa is a transformation expert and will inspire you to use your body and mind to change your physical and emotional experience. Learn how daily rituals, affirmations, and mental fitness skills can help you love yourself, imperfections and all.
Say YES to yourself! Be present in the moment and change your subconscious mind.
