www.ClassActSecurityProtection.com House Bill 1358 allows a law-abiding adult who is legally allowed to carry a concealed firearm, to do so without first having to obtain government permission. This ensures that citizens have the right to self-defense without government red tape or delays. Additionally, this legislation maintains the existing concealed handgun license system, so citizens who still wish to obtain a permit may do so.

Will this bill cause us to be more safe than before or will this cause more problems than before?  That's a good question, but we don't have an answer for it.  What we can do to help the citizens of Georgia, is to train those who want to carry a firearm learn how to use it correctly.  Learning how to use a gun correctly could mean the difference between life, death or unfortunate accidents.  Also how to store your gun properly, especially now with the new gun laws it is extremely important.
