This comes after Kouri Richin's sued the estate saying that she was entitled to half of everything. Eric Richin's sister, who manages his estate, strongly disagrees.
Francisco Oropesa was arrested for the brutal murder of five of his neighbors, including a five year old. Now, authorities have announced that he possibly will face the death penalty.
